Social Stars

Social groups support children develop their social communication, language and interaction skills outside the therapy sessions. Your child and their peers will work together in a group, facilitated by one of our Speech and Language therapists. This allows for their targets to be worked upon within their everyday environment. This supports greater generalisation of skills.

Adolescent Community Sessions

Community based therapy is the systematic process of teaching functional skills in their natural environment. These sessions can be integrated into the treatment for children with a variety of communication disorders including language delay, fluency disorder, pragmatic deficits, or complex communication needs. Community based sessions, when appropriate, provide a unique opportunity to bring therapy into the real world.
Community based therapy may not be an option for every session, but when possible spending time in the individual’s community helps them bring their communication skills into their daily lives.

Lego Therapy Group

This is an innovative program inspired by LEGO Therapy principles.
Designed to promote social interaction, communication, and collaboration. Our club offers a dynamic and engaging environment for children to explore, create, and connect through the world of LEGO. Guided by trained facilitators, participants work together in small groups, each taking on a unique role—builder, engineer, and communicator—to complete LEGO challenges and projects. Through this structured play experience, children develop essential social skills such as turn-taking, problem-solving, and teamwork, all while having fun with LEGO bricks.
